Real Bread.

Made the Slow Way.

Bread the way it used to be made.

Our sourdough begins with a 30+ year old starter and simple, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. We give every loaf the time it needs to develop naturally—no preservatives, no dough conditioners, no shortcuts.

Learn the Art of Sourdough

Our hands-on sourdough classes take you through the process from starter to finished loaf. Whether you're just beginning or ready to learn new techniques, you'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to keep baking at home.

More Than a Loaf of Bread

What began in our home kitchen with a 30+ year old sourdough starter has grown into something we never could have imagined. Today, we bake for our own storefront, local markets, and retail partners across the region — but the heart of what we do hasn't changed.

We still believe good bread takes time, simple ingredients matter, and food has a beautiful way of bringing people together.

Bread Should Never Go to Waste.

At the end of each week, the bread we have left doesn’t go in the trash. It goes back into our community. We donate our unsold loaves to a local food pantry, where they can help feed families right here at home.
